Pastor & Staff

Dale is a Disciples of Christ pastor, serving congregations across many regions over the past 30 years. He currently does intentional interim ministry and engages in leadership coaching, facilitates learning opportunities around Adaptive Leadership, and helps organizations grow from their strengths using Appreciative Inquiry. His partner, Traci, and he have two grown children, an adopted dog, and a cat. Dale loves to hike and explore the mountains of east Tennessee where he grew up and he has come to love walking in the blowing wind of the Kansas tall grass prairie. His favorite hobby is photography and particularly photography of night skies. The stars and galactic core remind him of the expansiveness of God.
